Our company was established in 1948 with the vision of becoming a "A diversified and dynamic group providing total solutions in a better way". Since our formation, the group has started from the humble beginning of trading in hand-made carpets to becoming the foremost supplier of autmotive parts, packaging solutions and commerical flooring and furniture in Pakistan. We foresee a major growing trend in the automotive market as the Pakistan economy gathers pace and new manufacturers try and enter this space. We also would like to continue to grow through the acquisition of new technologies and sharing of expertise with organisations involved in the automotive parts sector. We are always looking to innovate through improving our manufacturing, management and human resource capabilities.

 

PCI Automotive is a pioneer in the automotive carpet industry in Pakistan. It is rated among the top 5 vendors in the Auto Industry, serving all major OEMs in Pakistan. PCI Automotive has the capability to produce parts from Thermoforming, Injection Molding, Blow Molding, PU Foaming, Vacuum Forming and Sheet Metal for both 4-wheelers and 2-wheelers. We have almost 500 employees working with us. There are 2 Manufacturing Facilities, spread over 28,000㎡ and 16,000㎡ respectively, which are located strategically to cater to OEMs in the most efficient manner. The Japanese system of management such as 5S, Kaizen & QCC have been implemented throughout the organization. In order to make its operations environment friendly, PCI Automotive is also ISO14001 certified. Since its inception in 1984, PCI Automotive has received numorous prestigious awards from its esteemed customers like Best Vendor Award, Quality Award, Suppliability Award and Timely Development Award.

 

We are interested in forming a Technical Assistance Agreement / Joint Venture with a Japanese firm involved in similar technologies like Thermoforming, Injection & Blow Molding, PU Forming, Vacuum Forming and Sheet Metal Assemblies. With this collaboration we can achieve a considerable increase in our business share, expand our product portfolio, better understand the latest technologies, gain higher technical skill and better implement Japanese concepts.
