Heng Hiap Industries Sdn Bhd (HHI) has been at the forefront of developing innovative recycling technologies since 2002. By having fully integrated recycling processes, HHI is able to get the best quality, consistency and customization while being a responsible recycler and innovater in this sector. Our principle idea is to work towards simplifying the fragmented informal economy by using the latest and most advance technology and our experience in the recycling business gathered over 20 years; thus with better technology availability, previous recycled commodity plastics can now be reprocessed and customised into many new specification products while increasing the quality and reducing the cost of raw materials and labour.

 

Heng Hiap Industries Sdn Bhd main strength is our ability to customize plastic waste and recycled material into over 600 different colors and specifications for different features. Other requirements, such as being Ultra-Violet filtered, Fire Retardant, Anti-Bacterial, Biodegradable POP, etc., can be compounded using the extensive research and development we have acquired over the years.

 

We would like to work with Japanese companies in the Home Appliances, Construction and Automotive sectors that greatly use PP and PE materials. We are thoroughly acquainted with the requirements and specifications in customizing and producing the end products by using plastic injection molders and extruders. We are interested in looking for partners that have trading accounts with MNC companies in Japan and regionially.
